Job summary

ENTER Group in Eindhoven seeks a Project Manager to translate customer wishes into a concrete project plan and to lead cross-functional teams through development. You translate needs into specifications, shape machine design, and manage budgets and schedules.

You will make a difference as Project Manager . Here's how

In this position you are the generalist with broad technical interest and a strong organizing ability. You translate our customer wishes into a project plan, lead our projects during the extensive development phase and manage your multidisciplinary team. With your team you translate the functional customer needs into concrete solutions, then the machine specifications are drawn up
and the cost level calculated.
In parallel with the development phase, the project team develops the production process. Your team makes the translation to the organization and ensures a timely transfer. During all project phases you closely follow the planning and goals of the various projects, monitor the costs and report to the management team. You continuously coordinate with the customer and all stakeholders and inform them about the progress of the project.

The position, the market and the working environment are very dynamic. You work on various very
different projects in different phases of development. Success requires a tenacious and strong
personality, so that you are able to realize projects in a structured way and focus on the end result. A
high level of customer and goal-orientedness comes with this, where you are a solid conversation
partner. You are social and able to motivate your team.

Do you see yourself as Project manager?
As project manager you ensure a successful progress of the projects. At the beginning of the project you create a project management plan with clear goals like planning and budget.

You will steer the project by managing the project team. You will follow-up progress and planning
with the team and challenge the team in order to meet the project starting-points.

Throughout the project, you are the contact person for the customer and take on an advisory and
supporting role. You are the link between the customer and the project team and you ensure that
the customer's wishes will come back in the final design. Where necessary, you support your own
team in the design process. Of course you keep a close eye on the budget and the timetable!
Project progress you will report to the management team.

• You have a university/high education, work and thinking level in the field of technology or
  technical business.
• You have extensive work experience in a similar position.
• You have knowledge of project management tools and ERP systems.
• You have good communication skills, give feedback and be critical (in Dutch and English).
• You are good at setting priorities and have a hands-on mentality.
• Through your style of leadership, you know how to inspire and motivate the team to meet
  goals and agreements.
• You have at least 7 years of experience as a project manager within technology.
• In addition to managing projects, you are driven to make improvements in processes in order
  to make projects more profitable.
• You like to take initiative, convince people and think pro-active and be always 2 steps ahead.
