Job summary

aidem, an award-winning TikTok-first agency headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks a Project Manager to lead client projects, define scopes within budgets and timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes. You will partner with sales and the head of projects, oversee content creation, coordinate internal and external teams, and uphold our VDS standards for an exceptional client experience.

As a Project Manager at aidem, you are essential in leading our client projects to success and enhancing client satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team & head of projects to clearly define project scopes within budget and timelines, managing both predictable and unpredictable challenges with a focus on high-quality outcomes. Your role requires proactive communication and transparency, essential for maintaining trust with clients and team members. You will oversee content creation, coordinate with in-house teams and external partners, and ensure we exceed our Value Delivery Score (VDS) standards. As the primary contact for clients, you will guide them through the project lifecycle, ensuring their experience is seamless and highly satisfactory. Your leadership in our TikTok campaigns is crucial for smooth and impressive project execution.
