Job summary

Versado is seeking an experienced Project Leader for the Roermond region to guide green space projects, coach teams, and build sustainable client relationships. You will work independently, take responsibility, and deliver impactful projects with a committed team.

In this role you will design and construct residential areas, business parks, schoolyards, parks, and public spaces, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and top quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level of work and thinking in green/land management or civil engineering
• Several years' experience as a project leader in landscaping, land management, infrastructure or civil engineering
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial and organisational insight
• Decisive, customer-focused communicator with leadership qualities
• Flexible with strong problem-solving skills
• Driving licence B

Responsibilities

• Lead green space projects across landscaping, land management, infrastructure
• Draft and monitor project schedules and progress
• Coach foremen and site supervisors
• Maintain contact with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Discuss progress with stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to project administration

Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for outdoor spaces? In the Roermond region, you'll lead challenging green space projects, coach teams, and build sustainable client relationships. As a Project Leader in the Roermond region, you are responsible for successfully guiding and delivering various green space projects. You work on the design and construction of residential areas, business parks, schoolyards, parks, and public spaces. You ensure that projects are completed not only on time but also within budget and according to the highest quality standards.

An average workday is varied: you draw up planning schedules, monitor progress, and coach foremen and site supervisors. You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure accurate administration. You switch effortlessly between leading your team, resolving bottlenecks, and discussing progress with stakeholders.
