Job summary

iquip B.V. in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Project Leader Rental to guide audiovisual rental projects from preparation through execution and delivery.

You will be the key link between clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring plans stay on schedule, within budget and to the agreed quality. With strong organizational and technical insight, you will lead technicians and freelancers, resolve challenges, and maintain a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a project leader within audiovisual rental.
• Technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused and stress-resistant attitude.
• Flexible availability, including outside regular working hours.
• Living in the Randstad area.
• Valid driving licence (B).

For our rental department, we are looking for an experienced Project Leader Rental. In this role, you are responsible for guiding and coordinating audiovisual rental projects, from preparation through to execution and delivery.

You act as the key link between clients, technology and execution. You monitor planning, quality and budget, ensuring that projects run smoothly and according to agreement. With your organisational skills and technical insight, you make a direct contribution to successful project delivery.
