Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Lead for a major high-tech construction project in the Eindhoven region. The role focuses on building automation, BMS/GBS and HVAC controls within complex environments such as cleanrooms, data centres and semiconductor facilities.

The position is a freelance (ZZP) engagement with a minimum 12 months, an immediate start and potential for extension on a large-scale, technically challenging project.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
• Strong background in Building Automation, BMS/GBS, HVAC controls or measurement & control systems.
• Experience in complex technical environments like Cleanrooms, Data Centres, pharma facilities or high-tech manufacturing.
• Exposure to utility buildings, MEP or technical building services projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of building automation projects on mission-critical facilities.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget execution with stringent safety and quality standards.

• experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer
