Job summary

Fluor Infrastructure BV, part of Fluor Corporation, is seeking a Project Finance Manager to oversee financial and commercial control of major infrastructure programs from tender through delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Risk, Contract Management and SAP-based finance teams, supervise project accountants, and provide financial/ commercial support for tenders with international exposure in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in project finance / project controls.
• Experience with large, long‑term infrastructure projects (civil, rail, energy infra, utilities) is a plus.
• High degree of independence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Solid knowledge of project reporting, contracts and cost control.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP financial systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Holder of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L, balance sheet and backlog reporting.
• Coordinate 4‑weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Cash flow management.
• Lead, coach and develop Project Business Analysts (AP).
• Ensure clear business plans and contractual agreements.
• Analyze and explain project results, risks and profit drivers.
• Approve/assist project setup and financial structure in SAP.
• Process invoicing, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support tenders and procurements from financial/commercial perspective.

De functie

Fluor Infrastructure BV zoekt een Project Finance Manager met aantoonbare ervaring in grote infrastructuurprojecten (zoals civiele werken, transport, energie‑infra of water). In deze rol werk je in grote mate zelfstandig of in kleine teams (o.a. met Accounts Payable) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en commerciële beheersing van complexe infra‑projecten, van tender tot oplevering.

Je werkt nauw samen met Project Management, Risk Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, HR , Tax en opdrachtgevers en bent een sleutelspeler in besluitvorming, governance en financiële prestaties van de projecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Verantwoordelijk voor P&L, balans en backlograpportages
• Coördineren van 4-wekelijkse of maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
• Cash Flow Management
• Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van evt. Project Business Analysts (AP)
• Borgen van heldere Business Plans en contractuele afspraken
• Analyseren en toelichten van projectresultaten, risico’s en winstdrivers
• Goedkeuren/medenken van/over projectopzet en financiële structuur in SAP
• Uitvoeren, review en/of goedkeuring van facturatie, reconciliaties en journaalposten
• Ondersteunen van tenders en aanbestedingen vanuit financieel/commercieel perspectief

Basic Job Requirements

• Hbo- of wo‑opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of vergelijkbaar
• Liefst enige jaren (4+) ervaring in project finance / project controls bij voorkeur binnen infrastructuurprojecten
• Ervaring met grote, langlopende projecten (bijv. civiel, rail, energie‑infra, utilities) is een pre
• Grote mate van zelfstandigheid en bereid tot reizen naar de projectlocaties
• Grondige kennis van projectrapportages, contracten en kostenbeheersing
• Ervaring met SAP en of andere enterprise financiële systemen (ERP)
• Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs
