Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Execution Manager in the Netherlands to drive end-to-end customer projects after order placement. You will lead from kickoff through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence and high-quality results.

The role demands a technical background, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in Dutch and English, with hybrid work options and opportunities for professional development within a global setting.

Qualifications

• A technical education, such as a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a similar field.
• Experience in a similar role within a commercial technical environment.
• Project management experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A natural ability to build relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain oversight in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for the customer.
• Design, communicate, and implement a time plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress and control the cost to avoid deviation.
• Create- and manage a punch list together with the customer.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
• Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
• Select and manage the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
• Project supervise on site and participation in commissioning and start up together with internal or external service engineer.
• Trouble shooting management during warranty period.
