Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Execution Engineer in Leiden. You will take ownership of customer projects after order, from kickoff through commissioning and warranty support, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to scope and quality.

You will coordinate planning, costs, and resources across engineering and service teams, while managing external contractors and stakeholder communications in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electro-mechanical engineering or similar field.
• Experience in a commercial technical environment with project exposure.
• Dutch and English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution of customer projects and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Coordinate technical planning, cost control, supply chain and site supervision.
• Lead kickoff, align expectations, support installation, startup and commissioning.
• Supervise on-site activities and participate in warranty period troubleshooting.
