Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a proactive Project Execution Engineer in the Netherlands to take ownership of customer projects after order placement. You will lead kickoff meetings, support integration questions, installation, startup and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to scope and quality.

You will coordinate technical resources, manage costs, and supervise sites, with responsibilities extending through the warranty period. Strong Dutch and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering or similar field.
• Experience in a similar role within a commercial technical environment.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution of customer projects and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Serve as single point of contact for the customer and coordinate resources.
• Design, communicate, and implement a time plan for project completion.
• Monitor progress, control costs, and manage punch lists with the customer.
• Supervise on-site activities and participate in commissioning and startup.
• Troubleshoot during the warranty period and liaise with engineering teams.
