The role

Your position as Project Engineer

You will work closely with other Project Engineers, E&I and Software Engineers, Drafting Engineers, and Project Managers at our office in Enschede, where over 400 colleagues work daily towards a sustainable future. From next year, we will move into a new, modern office in Hengelo.

Your responsibilities include the technical execution of projects, making design decisions, optimizing processes, selecting components, preparing technical documentation, and providing support during build and commissioning phases. You will serve as the main contact with colleagues in Poland during production and report to the Team Lead Project Engineering.

• Contributing to the development of standards for future projects

Our requirements

• A completed technical education, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of process technology, installations, and construction work
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent planning abilities
• A professional, quality-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset and customer focus
• Proficiency in English
