Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule management on a major European data centre build. You’ll drive governance, reporting and value engineering with a clear focus on safety and quality.

You’ll work in a collaborative, diverse team and be empowered to own your role, grow your career, and deliver outcomes for clients and partners across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing cost and schedule management processes.
• Strong understanding of WBS and project coding structures.
• Experience in cost control, scheduling and estimating on projects.
• Degree or comparable construction-related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners.
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Evaluate our current data management processes andidentifyopportunities for ongoing improvements

• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners

• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients

• Havedemonstratedexperience implementing cost & schedule management work processes

• Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures

• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control,schedulingand estimating

• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
