Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Quality Inspector (CSA) in the Netherlands to ensure civil, structural and architectural works meet project specifications and Linesight quality standards. You will inspect concrete, steel, architectural finishes, and external works to support right-first-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will read drawings, verify activities against specs, report non-conformances, and maintain thorough records.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting/documentation.
  • Experience inspecting CSA works on large-scale projects preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions with contractors and teams.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.

  • Support commissioning and handover with proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and Linesight quality systems.

Job description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector (CSA) to join our team on a major construction programme. This role is t o ensure all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works are delivered in compliance with project specifications, codes, and Linesight quality standards, supporting right‑first‑time delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of CSA works including concrete, steel structures, architectural finishes, and external works.
  • Monitor and verify construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, and support resolution processes with contractors and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive inspection records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager and site teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.
  • Support commissioning and handover processes by verifying completed works and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and Linesight’s quality management systems. .

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector on large-scale CSA projects, ideally within data centre or high-tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods and materials.
  • Familiarity with European construction standards and Belgian building regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting/documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
  • EU work authorization or ability to work in Belgium without sponsorship.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Certification in Quality Management or Inspection (e.g., ISO 9001, CQI, etc.).
  • Experience working with international contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
