The Member Company (TMC) is seeking a Project Controller to set up, execute and improve project control within complex infrastructural and civil engineering projects. You will integrate planning, cost control, risk management, scope and progress monitoring to provide clear management information and steer project outcomes.
You will translate insights into concrete advice, draft and monitor schedules, analyze deviations and financial forecasts, and report on progress.
As a Project Controller at TMC, you are responsible for setting up, executing, and improving project control processes within complex infrastructural and civil engineering projects. You work integrally on planning, cost control, risk management, scope and progress monitoring, ensuring these disciplines logically come together in clear management information.
You support project and program management by translating insights into concrete advice, scenarios, and decision-making information. This includes drafting and monitoring schedules, analyzing deviations, managing risks, and reporting on progress and financial forecasts.
Additionally, you play an active role in professionalizing project control within teams and organizations. You identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to standardized working methods, and help project teams utilize project control not as an administrative burden, but as a steering tool.
