As a Programmatic Campaign Manager, you’ll learn how brands show up online and help bring campaigns to life for high‑profile clients such as P&G, ALDI, and Stellantis. You don’t need years of experience, just curiosity, energy, and a willingness to learn. In this role, you’ll work with experienced teammates to understand campaign strategy, media platforms, data, and performance. Responsibilities
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across leading digital platforms.
- Help analyse campaign performance and turn data into clear insights and next steps.
- Work closely with strategy, planning, analytics, and creative teams to deliver high‑quality campaigns for clients such as P&G, ALDI, and Stellantis.
- Learn how to use media technology, audience data, and reporting tools to improve campaign results.
- Prepare campaign updates, performance snapshots, and recommendations for internal teams and client conversations.
- Stay curious about digital trends, social platforms, AI, media innovation, and how people engage with brands online.
- Bring fresh thinking, ask smart questions, and contribute ideas that help us work better and smarter.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, communications, data, business, or a related field; internships, student jobs, or relevant projects count.
- A genuine interest in digital media, advertising, technology, brands, and online culture.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and insights; you do not need to be an expert, but you should enjoy learning.
- Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to deadlines and campaign quality.
- Clear communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- A team mindset, positive energy, and the ambition to grow in a fast‑paced international agency environment.
