Job summary

1UP Training (Netherlands) seeks a Program Manager Data Management BCBS 239 to lead the data management roadmap within the COO domain, coordinating BCBS 239, ESG, AI-ready data and operational efficiency.

You will align stakeholders across domains, provide transparency on risks, and turn strategy into measurable outcomes. Hours are 36 per week, one-year assignment with potential extension; location Croeselaan 18, Utrecht, with at least two days in the office, Wednesday mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior program manager or roadmap manager at executive level.
• At least 10 years of experience in data management within the financial services industry.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments using program management tools and reporting software.
• Strong consultancy, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate milestones, risks, and dependencies across bank-wide data management initiatives to support consistent delivery in line with regulatory expectations.
• Provide senior leadership with structured insights, progress reporting, and decision-making materials on strategic data management topics.
• Maintain cross-domain alignment, remove impediments, and translate the data management strategy into measurable results.
• Identify obstacles early and coordinate solutions with COO, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders.
