Job summary

Quatt is seeking an ambitious Program Manager Core Products in Amsterdam to own one of our largest product lines and drive its commercial success from strategy to execution. You will work with engineering, operations and commercial teams to balance trade-offs and accelerate growth.

Youll lead pricing, margins and cost-down initiatives while improving installation productivity and customer experience. An entrepreneurial, fast-moving founder mindset plus English fluency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own our biggest product program: Take full responsibility for one of Quatt's largest revenue-driving product lines. If something slips, you fix it.
• Launch new products: Own go-to-market strategy including proposition, pricing, launch readiness, installer enablement and commercial rollout.
• Drive pricing & margins: Set pricing across the portfolio, optimize unit economics and continuously improve gross margins.
• Lead cost-down initiatives: Reduce product, installation and service costs without compromising customer experience.
• Improve operational performance: Increase installation productivity, improve first-time-right rates and remove bottlenecks throughout the customer journey.
• Drive product quality: Work closely with Engineering and Operations to solve structural quality issues before they reach customers.
• Lead strategic initiatives: From new financing models to commercial experiments and operational improvements—you identify opportunities and make them happen.

That's why we're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Program Manager Core Products who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and wants to build products that truly make an impact.

As Program Manager Core Products, you'll lead one of Quatt's most important business areas. You won't be coordinating projects from the sidelines—you'll own the commercial success of our core product portfolio from strategy to execution. Together with a small, highly capable team, you'll make the trade-offs between product, engineering, operations and commercial that drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing

What you'll need?

• Entrepreneurial mindset: You've founded a company, want to found one someday, or naturally think like an owner.
• Ownership: You have experience being accountable for business results, P&L, or major commercial outcomes.
• Technical affinity: Ideally you have an engineering background or can comfortably challenge technical decisions with product and engineering teams.
• Commercial instinct: You understand pricing, margins, growth, customer value and unit economics.
• Bias for action: You prefer shipping over endless planning, make decisions quickly and continuously improve based on results.
• Leadership: You're able to align cross-functional teams without relying on hierarchy and enjoy setting a high performance bar.
• Languages: You communicate fluently in English. Dutch is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
• Experience managing cross-functional product or business programs.
• Experience within hardware, consumer products, energy or manufacturing.
• Engineering degree or strong technical background.
