Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) invites applications for Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Process Systems Engineering. The candidate will lead research bridging process design, intensification, electrification and circular feedstocks, while contributing to teaching and PhD supervision.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality research and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an internationally visible research group in Process Systems Engineering.
• Contribute to Bachelor’s and Master’s teaching and supervise BSc/MSc theses.
• Secure external funding from national, European and international sources.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines, chemical sciences and applied mathematics to translate research into impact.
• Contribute to curriculum development and mentor junior researchers and students.
