Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking a Production Worker to join a food production site in Raamsdonksveer. You will operate and monitor production machines, supply the line with materials, and help ensure safety and quality in a busy 3-shift system (06:00–14:15, 14:00–22:15, 22:00–06:15).

You should be reliable, accurate, and able to work with English or Dutch. Production experience is preferred or you are motivated to learn.

Qualifications

• You are willing and able to work in a 3-shift system.
• You have a good understanding of English or Dutch.
• You have production experience or are motivated to learn.
• You have your own accommodation in or around Raamsdonkveer or Giessen.
• You have your own transportation to get to work.

As a Production Worker in this foodcompany, you work in a 3-shift system, rotating between morning, afternoon and night shifts. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production runs safely and efficiently.

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Supply the production line with the required materials
• Check products according to quality standards
• Identify and solve minor production issues
• Keep your workplace clean, safe and organised
• Work with your team to achieve daily production targets

3-shift system (06:00–14:15 and 14:00–22:15 and 22.00 – 6.15)
