Job summary

Start People zoekt een productie medewerker voor de afwerking van metalen producten in Varsseveld. Je hangt onderdelen op de lijn, scant na poedercoating en controleert kwaliteit en afwerking. Je leert poedercoating en andere productie-vaardigheden in een praktische, ondersteunende omgeving.

Je werkt in twee ploegen, krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's en geniet van een duidelijke werkplanning. Een vriendelijk team en flexibele leerpunten maken dit een praktische startersrol in de

Qualifications

• Geen jarenlange ervaring vereist; praktisch ingesteld en leergierig.
• Hou van werken met je handen en controleert kwaliteit.
• Draagt bij aan staan, lopen en actief werk.
• Beschikbaar voor twee-ploegendienst.
• Kunnen werken in team en zelfstandig.
• Spreekt voldoende Nederlands, Engels of Duits om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen.

Responsibilities

• Hangen van metalen producten aan de productielijn.
• Verwijderen van afgewerkte producten na poedercoating.
• Kwaliteit en coating controleren op beschadigingen.
• Reinigen en licht schuren van producten.
• Kleine afwerkingswerkzaamheden uitvoeren.
• Problemen melden bij je supervisor.
• Werkplek schoon en veilig houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As a production worker, you help finish metal products with a strong and smooth coating. You hang the products on the production line before they are powder coated. After coating, you remove them from the line and check the quality.

Your work is an important final step in the production process. You make sure the products are clean, complete and ready for the customer.

You will receive clear instructions and support from experienced colleagues. This makes the job suitable for someone with production experience, but also for someone who wants to learn a new technical skill.

What will you do?

• Hang metal products on the production line;
• Remove finished products after powder coating;
• Check products for damage and coating quality;
• Clean and lightly sand products;
• Carry out small finishing tasks;
• Report problems to your supervisor;
• Keep your workplace clean and safe.

You work in a two-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30;
• Evening shift: 14:30 - 23:00.
