Job summary

Young Plants Holland B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a production worker nursery (24-38 hours) to join the production team.

You will be responsible for making and cutting away cuttings, forming the essential basis for further cultivation to rooted cuttings, and supporting a high-quality output. The company is a family-run, second generation business focused on high-quality rooted cuttings, serving tree nurseries across Europe.

Qualifications

• Loves structure and works accurately.
• Intends to stay with the company long term.
• Willing to work a regular day shift (08:00–17:00) and avoid evenings/Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Make and cut away cuttings as part of the nursery production process.
• Support the production team to ensure quality and continuity of the cultivation workflow.
