Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of practical experience in a production environment.
• Experience as line operator or shift leader.
• English fluency required; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness for 1- or 2-shift system and overtime.
• Familiarity with GMP/HACCP standards.
• MBO secondary vocational education.
• Technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production team and train employees.
• Oversee weighing, mixing, packaging, and labeling.
• Perform quality checks and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Standardize processes and update work instructions.
• Monitor machines and maintain a clean, compliant workplace.
• Report results to Production Lead and Operations Manager and schedule shifts.
