Supermicro is seeking a Production Operator to join our assembly team in the Netherlands. You will build products on the production line, ensure quality, and meet shipment deadlines through diligent adherence to procedures.

The role requires 1–3 years in electronics or computer assembly, reading and following assembly instructions, and a team-oriented mindset. English proficiency is essential; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Formación

• High school or college diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years in electronic or computer industry preferred.
• Must read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and all other documentation used to control processes.
• Proficient in English reading and writing; Dutch language skill is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble products in production line

Qualifications:

• High school or college diploma preferred
• 1-3 years in electronic or computer industry preferred
• Prior experience with computer assembly preferred
• Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and all other documentation used to control processes.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Solid communications skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in English reading and writing, Dutch language skill is a plus!
