Job summary

ITQ is building AI environments that organizations can actually use, not just demos. As an AI Platform Engineer, you’ll design, build, and manage infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads, focusing on Kubernetes-based environments for training, deployment, runtime, and operations.

You’ll work with OpenShift AI, SUSE AI, and VMware Private AI Services, serving sectors like government, healthcare, telecom, transportation, and finance while ensuring security, governance, and scalability

Qualifications

• Kubernetes and container orchestration; deployment, troubleshooting, day-2 operations.
• Linux and cloud-native fundamentals including networking, storage, security.
• An IaC mindset with Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps tooling.
• Curiosity about how models are served, scaled, and monitored.
• Ability to work independently in client environments while contributing to AI practice.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage infrastructure for AI and ML workloads.
• Develop Kubernetes-based environments for training, deployment, runtime, and operations.
• Use Kubeflow, MLflow, and ClearML to manage ML workflows across production systems.
• Collaborate with clients across government, healthcare, telecom, and finance sectors to deploy production-ready AI environments.
