Job Summary

Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking a Production Quality Engineer who will work with senior management of the global production operations in establishing quality‑focus teams, mandating standard practices of quality principles and will attend to the oversight responsibility to all global operations sites and cross‑functional departments. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ’s‑Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide production data analysis to identify quality issues for improvement
• Monitor PCBA CM quality and discuss with cross functional teams to improve product quality
• Respond to Customer’s question about audit or quality issue
• Assist PCBA IQC team to handle quality issue
• Continually develop knowledge base of current and new products
• Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook
• Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in the required fields or equivalent
• 3‑5 years or more of relevant hands‑on experience in electronic and computer products, and quality management systems in the computer industry
• Experience in computer/storage server or data center industry will be a plus
• Working knowledge and prior experience in system integration business
• Enthusiastic, creative and persistent to serve the company
• Prior experience in supplier quality control and management
• Have excellent communication and analytical skills in problem solving. MS Excel spreadsheet functioning knowledge and skills will be a strong plus
• Excellent writing style and demonstrated expertise in compiling procedures and documents
• Have valid work permit
