Job summary

Jobster zoekt een productieoperator voor een continu proces in Gelderland. Je werkt met eindproducten rechtstreeks afkomstig van moderne productie- machines en draagt bij aan inspectie, verpakking en logistieke voorbereidingen. Een teamgerichte werkomgeving en opleidingsmogelijkheden worden geboden.

Je draait in drie diensten (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) met een betaalde pauze. Een vast team begeleidt je tijdens onboarding en doorlopende training.

Qualifications

• Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
• Bereidheid tot drieploegendienst.
• Nauwkeurige en georganiseerde werker.

Responsibilities

• Verwijderen van producten uit machines en klaarzetten voor verdere handling.
• Inspecteren van voltooide producten en melden van beschadigingen.
• Verpakken van producten, stapelen op pallets en verpakken met folie.
• Etiketteren en verplaatsen van pallets met een heftruck.

Like staying active instead of sitting behind a desk? This production operator job keeps you moving. You work with finished products coming directly from modern production machines.

You inspect, pack and prepare everything for the logistics department. As a production operator, you help keep the entire process organised.

During your shift, you will:

• Remove products from machines and prepare them for further handling
• Inspect finished products and report any damage you find
• Pack products, build pallets and wrap them securely
• Add labels and transport pallets using a pallet truck

As a production operator, you rotate between three shifts. These run 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00. Sunday evening marks the start of the night shift. Your 30-minute break is paid.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

You work for a company producing paper foam materials. Customers use these products for construction insulation and protective packaging.

Around 250 people work at this location. Colleagues communicate openly and help each other during busy moments. New employees are made to feel welcome.
