Job summary

Bosal in Vianen is seeking a Production Operator for the metalworking production of truck fuel tanks. You will operate machines, calibrate settings, monitor output, and ensure quality, with a focus on TIG welding for leak repairs.

The role requires flexibility to work in two or three shifts, including nights, and involves reading technical manuals in English at a basic level. You will join a safety-conscious team in a partly automated production line, with opportunities to grow through

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating industrial machines.
• TIG welding certificate, minimum level 2.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
• Willingness to work in two or three shifts (including nights).
• Basic English (A2) – reading simple instructions and communicating at work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines, monitor production output and check product quality.
• Inspect weld seams and repair leaks with TIG welding to meet safety and quality standards.
• Read technical manuals and follow instructions; communicate with your team in English at a basic level.
