Job summary

Mauser in Oosterhout zoekt een betrouwbare productiemedewerker voor de IBC-productie. Je werkt aan de productie van industriële vaten, assembleert staalpallets en frames, bereidt metalen onderdelen voor, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en ondersteunt collega’s in een veilige, georganiseerde omgeving.

Het betreft een fulltime positie van 40 uur met een 5-ploegendienst. Het loon bedraagt €22,07 per uur inclusief ploegentoeslag, met reiskostenvergoeding en mogelijkheden voor interne training en

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie of fabrieksomgeving is een voordeel.
• Fysiek fit voor staand werk en handmatige taken.
• Beschikbaar voor een 5-ploegendienstrooster.
• Goede communicatie in Nederlands en/of Engels (B1-niveau).
• Comfortabel met gereedschappen en productiemateriaal.

Wat je gaat doen

As a factory worker, you will play an important role in the production of industrial containers at Mauser's modern facility in Oosterhout. Working in the IBC production department, you will handle metal components, tools, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment where safety and quality are key priorities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

What You Will Do:

• Assemble: steel pallets and frames for industrial containers.
• Prepare: metal components by finishing and readying them for production.
• Inspect: products and perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Resolve: minor production issues and provide support to colleagues when needed.
• Maintain: a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your shift.
