Job summary

Carrière zoekt een Production Operator (3-Shift) in Zwaag. Je werkt aan de productie van papieren kernrollen voor industrieel verpakkingsmateriaal en bewaakt productkwaliteit volgens schema met moderne machines.

Je voert o.a. voorbewerkingen uit, zet de kernmachine op en houdt toezicht op inkten en productiebewaking. Beschikbaarheid voor 3-ploegendienst is vereist; een 20% ploegentoeslag en een stabiel, internationaal werkomgeving worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor kwaliteit.
• Betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk.
• Flexibele teamspeler met bereidheid tot ploegendienst.
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een voordeel.
• Technische affiniteit met machinerie.
• Bereid tot werken in een shiftschema.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Motivatie en positieve werkhouding.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden van productieorders.
• Uitpakken en laden van rollen papier en kunststof.
• Instellen, omzetten en bedienen van de papierkernmachine.
• Vullen, molen en verdunnen van inkten.
• Signaleren en controleren van de productieprocessen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afdrukken, afmetingen en papierkwaliteit.
• Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsinspecties en eindcontrole.
• Collega’s helpen bij overige productie taken.
• Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving.

For a valued client in Zwaag, we are looking for a Production Operator (3-Shift System). In this role, you will be responsible for producing paper cores used in the manufacturing of industrial paper bags. You will work with modern machinery and play an important role in maintaining a smooth and high-quality production process.

Over de functie

As a Production Operator, you will ensure that production runs according to schedule and that products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing production orders;
• Unpacking, preparing, and loading rolls of paper and plastic materials;
• Setting up, converting, and operating the paper core machine;
• Mixing, refilling, and thinning inks;
• Monitoring the production process;
• Performing quality checks on printing, dimensions, bonding, and paper quality;
• Supporting quality inspections and final product checks;
• Assisting colleagues with other production tasks when needed;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a smooth production process and deliver high-quality products that customers can rely on.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation.

Day Shift (40 hours per week)

• Monday: 06:55 AM - 03:05 PM
• Tuesday to Friday: 06:45 AM - 03:05 PM

Evening Shift (37 hours per week)

• Monday to Thursday: 02:45 PM - 11:05 PM
• Friday: 02:45 PM - 08:00 PM

Night Shift (32 hours per week)

• Monday to Thursday: 10:45 PM - 07:05 AM

A 20% shift allowance is paid on top of your gross hourly wage in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement (CLA).
