Qualifications

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor kwaliteit.
• Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
• Je hebt een flexibele houding en werkt graag samen in een team.
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré.
• Technische aanleg en/of affiniteit met machinerie.
• Bereidheid om in een shifsysteem te werken.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Gemotiveerde en positieve werkhouding.

Responsabilités

• Voorraad productieorders gereedmaken.
• Verpakken, uitpakken en laden van rollen papier en kunststof materialen.
• Instellen, omzetten en bedienen van de papierkernmachine.
• Mengen, bijvullen en verdunnen van inkten.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afdrukken, afmetingen, hechting en papierkwaliteit.
• Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsinspecties en eindcontrole van producten.
• Collega’s assisteren bij overige productie taken.
• Zorgdragen voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.

Samenvatting

Are you technically minded, do you enjoy working with machinery, and are you looking for a stable job in a production environment? Then we have an excellent opportunity for you! For a valued client in Zwaag, we are looking for a Production Operator (3-Shift System). In this role, you will be responsible for producing paper cores used in the manufacturing of industrial paper bags. You will work with modern machinery and play an important role in maintaining a smooth and high-quality production process.

Over de functie

As a Production Operator, you will ensure that production runs according to schedule and that products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing production orders;
• Unpacking, preparing, and loading rolls of paper and plastic materials;
• Setting up, converting, and operating the paper core machine;
• Mixing, refilling, and thinning inks;
• Monitoring the production process;
• Performing quality checks on printing, dimensions, bonding, and paper quality;
• Supporting quality inspections and final product checks;
• Assisting colleagues with other production tasks when needed;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a smooth production process and deliver high-quality products that customers can rely on.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation.

Day Shift (40 hours per week)

• Monday: 06:55 AM - 03:05 PM
• Tuesday to Friday: 06:45 AM - 03:05 PM

Evening Shift (37 hours per week)

• Monday to Thursday: 02:45 PM - 11:05 PM
• Friday: 02:45 PM - 08:00 PM

Night Shift (32 hours per week)

• Monday to Thursday: 10:45 PM - 07:05 AM

A 20% shift allowance is paid on top of your gross hourly wage in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement (CLA).
