Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking a dedicated Operator 2 shifts to join our close-knit production team. You will operate and monitor the slicing line, perform quality checks, and handle first-line disruptions with support from a technician.

During onboarding you’ll have a buddy to guide you through tasks, with a fixed two-shift schedule: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00. Optional Saturday work earns 150% pay, plus travel allowance, vacation pay, year-end bonus, and a solid pension plan.

• HACCP certificates.
• Remain calm and solution-oriented even during busy times.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment and receiving compensation for it.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the slicing line to ensure optimal production flow.
• Conduct quality checks and HACCP compliance.
• Resolve first-line disruptions independently or with a technician.
• Contribute ideas for improvements to ensure smooth production.
