Flevo Rubber Extrusion, part of Elastofirm, is seeking an Operator to run extrusion lines and ensure high-quality production. You will set up machines, monitor process parameters, and perform regular quality checks to keep production on schedule.

We offer a market-based salary, travel allowance, and at least 26 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional leave and a comprehensive onboarding program within a collaborative team.

What will you do?

As an Operator, you are responsible for operating, setting, and monitoring our extrusion lines. You ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

• Operating and setting extrusion lines;
• Monitoring process parameters;
• Converting machines;
• Performing quality checks;
• Resolving minor malfunctions;
• Recording production data;
• Contributing ideas for improvements.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
