Zusammenfassung

Mead Johnson Nijmegen is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to safeguard product quality and food safety, guiding the QA team across production, engineering, QC and planning. You will drive a zero-defect culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain audit readiness at the Nijmegen site.

You will lead investigations, manage deviations and CAPA, and partner with commercial teams on preventive actions while ensuring full traceability and robust in-process controls.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Technology, Microbiology or similar.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance leadership in nutrition/food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSMA and QMS.

Aufgaben

• Lead the QA team on the shop floor and be the main contact for production.
• Ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and traceability across materials and finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI-based quality gains sitewide.
• Oversee release of materials and finished products and manage deviations/CAPA.
