Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a modern biscuit and bakery production facility.

You will maintain high-speed lines, diagnose mechanical, electrical and control system issues, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to keep operations safe and efficient. The role offers a competitive €3,500–€4,400 gross per month (36-hour week), with a 5-shift schedule (28% shift allowance), 8% holiday allowance, 180 holiday hours per year, travel

Qualifications

• Practical experience with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Hands-on mentality with structured, solution-oriented approach to technical problems.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical and electromechanical production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Carry out inspections, adjustments and minor modifications to machines and production lines.
• Support production operators with technical questions and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
• Work with Production, Engineering and Quality to identify and prevent recurring issues.
• Record maintenance activities and report technical findings and recommendations.
• Work in accordance with safety, quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
