Job summary

Stadion Uitzenden is hiring a production employee in the Netherlands to join a team that delivers fresh food daily to hospitals and institutions. You will weigh, mix, cook, and process ingredients, ensuring quality in a chilled environment and following recipes.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday, 06:00–15:00 or 07:00–16:00, with occasional Saturday work. After 1,040 hours, there is an opportunity to be hired directly by the employer. PPE and work clothing are provided.

Qualifications

• You speak Dutch, English, or German.
• Occasionally available to work on Saturdays.
• Work accurately and have an eye for quality.
• Willing to work in a chilled environment (~7°C).
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage.

As a production employee, you play an important role in the production process.

Your tasks as a production employee are varied and practical:

• Reading and following recipes
• Weighing and mixing ingredients
• Checking and processing shortage lists
• Preparing missing products (shortage)
• Unpacking and processing products
• Cooking and preparing products

No two days are the same, and you will work together as part of a close-knit team.

Working hours and days as a production employee:

• Monday to Saturday (you work 5 days per week)
• Working hours: 06:00 – 15:00 or 07:00 – 16:00
• Occasional Saturday work

Required qualifications:

• You speak Dutch, English, or German
• You are occasionally available to work on Saturdays
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You don't mind working in a chilled working environment (approximately 7°C)
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage

Benefits and compensation:

• Starting salary from €14.99 gross per hour (depending on experience)
• Travel expenses: From 10 km one-way, €0.21 per km is reimbursed, calculated from the first kilometre, up to a maximum of 20 km one-way.
• Work clothing, safety shoes and PPE are provided.
• If performance is satisfactory, there is an opportunity to be hired directly by the employer after 1,040 hours worked.
