Picnic is seeking full-time production assistants to join our Utrecht warehouse. You will pick and pack groceries, unload containers for delivery trucks, and ensure product quality and expiry dates are checked. You’ll also restock shelves and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

We offer a full-time contract (32-40 hours/week) with shift options and travel support. Basic Dutch or English suffices to communicate with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Picnic is looking for full-time production assistants! (Job in Utrecht, up to €2804 per month)

What You Get As a Production Assistant

• Earn up to €2804 per month, including holiday pay and shift allowances (according to CAO)
• Travel allowance up to 80 km per working day
• Full-time contract: 32-40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling: choose your shifts week by week, or opt for a fixed schedule with guaranteed hours

Your role as a production assistant

• Restocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean and safe

Your profile

• At least 18 years old and physically fit (lifting, walking, standing)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player
• Basic Dutch or English is enough

Shifts

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00
• Student shift: 18:00 - 00:00 (at least one evening and one weekend day required)

Choose your preferred shift each day or lock in a fixed schedule.

Location Utrecht

We are looking for new production assistants for our warehouse in Utrecht. Of course we compensate your travel costs up to 80 kilometers per work day!

To be considered for this position, candidates must already be legally authorised to work in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we don't offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role
