Picnic in Utrecht is hiring full-time production assistants to join our warehouse team. You will pick and pack groceries, unload containers, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

We offer a stable full-time contract (32–40 hours), shifts with morning, evening, and student options, travel allowance up to 80 km, free lunch and dinner, and a 200 Euro training budget for development. Picnic is looking for full-time production assistants! (Job in Utrecht, up to €2804 per month)

What You Get As a Production Assistant

• Earn up to €2804 per month, including holiday pay and shift allowances (according to CAO)
• Travel allowance up to 80 km per working day
• Full-time contract: 32–40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling: choose your shifts week by week, or opt for a fixed schedule with guaranteed hours

Your role as a production assistant

• Picking and packing groceries in the warehouse
• Loading and unloading roll containers for our delivery trucks
• Checking product quality and expiry dates
• Restocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean and safe

Your profile

• At least 18 years old and physically fit (lifting, walking, standing)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player
• Basic Dutch or English is enough

Shifts

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00
• Student shift: 18:00 – 00:00 (at least one evening and one weekend day required)

Choose your preferred shift each day or lock in a fixed schedule.

Location Utrecht

We are looking for new production assistants for our warehouse in Utrecht. Of course we compensate your travel costs up to 80 kilometers per work day!

To be considered for this position, candidates must already be legally authorised to work in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we don't offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role
