IDM Eindhoven is recruiting for a production role in the Netherlands. You will assemble components for doors and window frames, set up and operate automated equipment, and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The job requires a hands-on technical mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The company offers transport support and a long-term contract with a 40-hour work week, including shift premiums where applicable.

Formación

• Experience in a similar production role assembling products using appropriate machines and tools.
• Technically skilled with a hands-on approach to work.
• Able to communicate effectively in English at B1/B2 level.
• Driving license (car) preferred — Maintec provides transport.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

About the company

Our client is a modern, medium-sized company specializing in the design, development, sales, production, and installation of interior door and window frame systems. The production process is highly automated and takes place across several branches, where various products are manufactured, including: complete door sets, style/lacquer doors, HPL doors, steel frames, wooden window frames, sliding door systems, and hinges. You’ll be working alongside 20 other Maintec employees who take pride in their craft — just like your future colleague!

• Gross salary of €14,55 per hour;
• Employees receive a 15% premium for working in a shift system.
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €480 and €500 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long‑term intentions
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
