Job summary

Enjins, based in Utrecht, is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design end-to-end AI/ML solutions within client teams and production-ready systems. You’ll work with data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable data pipelines and model APIs.

You’ll grow through structured AI-Leap tracks, mentoring, and diverse client projects, with a modern MacBook Pro, and a competitive monthly salary in a scale-up setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Strong Python, SQL and Git experience.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to bring AI/ML models into production and work with LLMs.
• Familiarity with LLM-based and Agentic architectures and MLOps basics.

Responsibilities

• Own a feature or deployment on client projects and show end-to-end responsibility.
• Lead adoption of MLOps/LLMOps practices for scalable, reliable systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers on data pipelines and APIs.
• Translate technical findings into clear business insights for stakeholders.
