Overview

Artiflex B.V. is hiring a productiemedewerker food for a fulltime role in Oosterhout. The position is in a 2-shift schedule and involves development opportunities in the food production industry with an in-plant training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing premixes on a powder basis for the food industry.
• Learn and perform various production processes, including operating forklifts to move bigbags as needed.
• Participate in an in-work training program to develop into an expert in production and food.
• Follow safety and quality standards as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Technically inclined with an interest in working in food production.
• Production experience is preferred but not required.
• Full-time availability in a 2-shift schedule.
• Fluent in Dutch and living in or near Oosterhout.

Work Schedule

Full-time in 2 shifts: 05:00–14:00 and 09:00–18:00 (weekly rotation).

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary between €2,530 and €2,700 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
• Salary progression based on experience and responsibilities.
• Travel allowance, 25 vacation days, and holiday allowance.
