Job summary

CNC Substrates is seeking an Operator to work across production departments, handling executing tasks from mixing to delivery of substrates. You will perform hygiene-focused, hands-on tasks in a fast-growing European company with seven production sites.

The role operates on a 6-week shift schedule with early, late and night shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00). Startsalaris around €18.43 per hour and a range of benefits are offered.

• Operates across production departments, performing executing tasks such as mixing, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials; takes samples, conducts maintenance, and handles cleaning and measurements; maintains hygienic work practices.
