Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Operator voor onze productieafdeling. Je bestuurt geavanceerde machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in bij productieproblemen om de continue productie te waarborgen.

De functie werkt in drie shiften van 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 en 22:00–06:00, met vooruitzicht op een fulltime 37,5‑urige werkweek. Het salaris ligt tussen €3.175 en €3.810 bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag, conform GrafiMedia cao.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met bediening van productiemachines en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Bereidheid tot werken in drie ploegen met lange shifts.
• Nauwkeurig werken en veiligheid in de grafische productie.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van productiemachines voor optimale prestaties.
• Detecteren en corrigeren van afwijkingen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens gestelde normen.
• Kleine storingen oplossen en bij technische ondersteuning aangeven.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.

Join our dynamic production team as an Operator and be pivotal in maintaining a highly efficient manufacturing process. In this role, you will operate advanced machinery, perform quality assurance tasks, and tackle production issues.

As an Operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our production line. Your responsibilities include operating and monitoring machinery, performing quality inspections, and addressing any production anomalies. You collaborate with your colleagues to maintain a safe and reliable production environment.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and adjusting production machines for optimal performance
• Detecting and correcting deviations to sustain efficient operations
• Conducting quality checks to meet established standards
• Fixing minor malfunctions and coordinating with technical support when necessary
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized in line with company expectations

The position involves working in a 3-shift system: 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00. You will have a fixed schedule and rotate shifts, currently averaging 35 hours per week with 4 night shifts, transitioning to a full-time 37.5-hour work week soon.
