Job summary

SIRE® Life Sciences is seeking an Activity & Masterdata Specialist to manage product and packaging master data across multiple systems and lifecycle stages. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field (Business Studies, Supply Chain, Operations).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, manufacturing, operations, or master data management.
• Strong operational knowledge of SAP and data governance practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a data quality focus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, maintain, and deactivate product and packaging master data across systems.
• Ensure master data compliance with internal policies and global governance standards.
• Maintain accurate data across SAP, Tekdan, PLM Optiva, Orsoft, and related systems.
• Review data change requests from business stakeholders and challenge when needed.
• Validate data accuracy before it impacts operations.
• Monitor data alignment between internal systems and external WMS platforms.
