Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Product Owner for Tech4Ops to own a strategic domain, shaping a roadmap and value-driven backlog for millions of customers and thousands of engineers. You will drive prioritization, alignment, and measurable outcomes across business and tech teams.

Based in Utrecht with hybrid work, you will lead data-driven decisions and pursue security, compliance, and operational excellence while enabling transformative improvements for Rabobank’s operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Product Owner in a complex Agile organization.
Experience with platform, operational, engineering, observability, security, or technology products.
Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational layers.

Responsibilities

Own a strategic product domain within Tech4Ops and translate vision into clear priorities, roadmap choices, and measurable product outcomes.
Engage stakeholders across business and technology, aligning Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Architects, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Enable the squad with focus, transparency, Agile ceremonies, and the ambition to move beyond incremental improvement toward transformation.
This Product Owner position is part of the Tech4Ops Area within the Tech4Engineering Tribe, based in Utrecht/Hybrid.
