Job summary

IMCD Deutschland GmbH & Co KG, headquartered in Rotterdam, is seeking a Product Owner for the Salesforce Platform to lead Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B Commerce initiatives within IMCD’s global Salesforce landscape.

You will translate business priorities into a clear roadmap and backlog, collaborating with business, marketing, sales, architecture and delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

5–8 years of Product Owner, Epic Owner or Business Analyst experience in a business–IT environment.
Strong experience with digital customer journeys, digital commerce or marketing technology and Salesforce knowledge.
Proven ability to translate strategy and customer needs into achievable technology outcomes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum including backlog management, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Responsibilities

Define domain vision and roadmap translating objectives into epics, features and backlog.
Translate commercial, marketing and customer-experience goals into actionable user stories and criteria.
Prioritize based on customer value, business impact, risk and capacity.
Lead discovery and refinement with cross-functional teams and UX specialists.
Coordinate Scrum events, align priorities and surface risks across streams.
Ensure release readiness, business validation and UAT meet quality and compliance expectations.
Align integrations and data flows with Salesforce platform teams.
