Job summary

Independent Recruiters in Utrecht seeks a Product Manager for Warehousing & Logistics on a temporary basis to lead a product team focused on innovation and operational excellence within a Returns Center.

You will shape the product vision for in-house refurbishment capabilities, guide cross-functional teams, and translate strategy into a concrete development roadmap. Hybrid work is available with two mandatory in-office days.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research).
• Ability to develop a long-term product vision and strategy.
• Translate vision into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
• Strong grasp of warehousing operations and logistics.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and application opportunities.
• Experience implementing automation in ops environments.
• Proven ability to improve and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary leadership and strategic direction to a product team focused on innovation and operational excellence within a Returns Center.
• Drive strategic improvements and ensure day-to-day operational stability of the returns process.
• Define and articulate the product vision for in-house refurbishment capabilities.
• Assess, shape, and accelerate the development of in-house refurbishment capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives into an actionable product roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the product backlog to deliver on strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, technology, and other departments.
