Job summary

TomTom Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead traffic data products, owning roadmaps, OKRs and the quality bar. You will work with cross-functional teams across automotive, navigation and delivery, focusing on real-time processing and jam detection to improve outcomes for users.

You will gather deep customer insights from OEMs, government agencies, and enterprise clients, and drive decisions through data analysis while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in traffic, geospatial, mobility, or automotive domains.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing, GPS/probe data, or traffic analytics (preferred).
• Experience or training in data science, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong ability to understand, articulate, and represent customer needs and requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate people and resources across multiple teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against Traffic Flow, Traffic Jams, and Speed Profiles with roadmap and quality bar.
• Operate TomTom's traffic moderation tool for event reports and feature backlog.
• Lead prototypes and wireframes to drive product exploration.
• Gather customer insights from automotive OEMs, government agencies, and enterprise clients.
• Analyze data from GPS traces, probes, STOs, cameras, and traffic authorities to guide decisions.
• Build cross-functional relationships and remove blockers for the product team.
• Communicate problem statements and business logic to internal and external stakeholders.
