Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Associate Product Manager for its Amsterdam and Berlin teams as part of the 2026 APM cohort. You will work with a dedicated mentor and connect with product managers, engineers, designers, account teams, interns, and leaders across the company.

You will graduate between Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related engineering practice and have experience with SQL and/or Python.

What we look for:

• You will graduate between Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 with a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related engineering practice
• You have some experience with SQL and/or Python
• You can leverage analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)
• You are able to make complex topics simple and clearly communicate nuance to stakeholders (engineers, customers, field, etc.) in both written and verbal form
• You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team
