4PS is seeking a Product Manager for Value Chain Integration to bridge users, technology, and internal teams. You will focus on HomeCTRL and Control domains within 4PS Construct, aligning product visions with market needs and driving a cohesive roadmap.

You’ll work with customers, consultants, developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable software that connects people, processes and information flows, while balancing dependencies and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Product Manager Value Chain Integration

You are the link between users, technology and the internal organisation. You translate market needs into smart software solutions and contribute to the continuous development of our products.

As a Product Manager at 4PS, you combine strategic product management with a strong affinity for technology. You immerse yourself in the challenges faced by customers and users and translate these into smart, scalable software solutions. You work closely with customers, consultants, developers and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions continue to meet the needs of the market.

In this role, your focus will be on the HomeCTRL and Control domains. HomeCTRL focuses on homebuyer guidance and communication throughout the process, from sales through to aftercare. Control brings together solutions related to value chain collaboration, with BIP also forming part of this domain. In addition, broader developments such as document management fall within your area of responsibility. You ensure alignment across these domains and translate developments and needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.

Our product: 4PS Construct

Our product, 4PS Construct, is an ERP solution for companies in the construction, installation and project-based industries. To make our software package practical and efficient for all end users, we have developed various solutions that are integrated with 4PS Construct.

Within your product domain, the focus is on connecting parties, processes and information flows. You not only look at the individual solutions, but also at how they can increasingly work together. In doing so, you help create one clear direction for the broader domain of value chain integration.

• You are responsible for the development, introduction and continuous improvement of the solutions within your product domain;
• You develop a clear product vision and translate it into a coherent roadmap;
• You regularly engage with customers and users to understand their needs, challenges and market developments;
• You translate customer and market needs into scalable software solutions and develop these into functional designs;
• You work closely with the development teams to deliver new and improved functionalities;
• You understand functional and technical dependencies and take these into account when making product decisions;
• You set priorities based on customer value, user impact, technical possibilities, available capacity and product strategy;
• Within 4PS, you collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, consultants, business analysts, engineering, marketing and support;
• You bring different interests together, build support and are confident in making clear decisions;
• You communicate clearly about the chosen direction, priorities and expectations.

What you bring as a Product Manager

• Experience as a Product Manager within a software or business software environment, or relevant experience in a comparable role;
• A strong affinity for technology, enabling you to understand technical challenges and dependencies, ask critical questions and take these into account when making product decisions;
• Experience with standard software and an understanding of how to balance customer needs, technical possibilities, scalability and product strategy;
• The ability to translate customer and market needs into concrete software solutions and functional designs;
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to bring structure and direction to complex challenges;
• The ability to connect different products, processes and interests;
• You are a good listener, ask critical questions and understand the reasoning behind different points of view;
• You are confident in making decisions, setting priorities and taking ownership of product decisions;
• You easily bring internal and external stakeholders together at different levels;
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration and know how to bring others along with your vision and decisions;
• You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment where products, teams and processes are constantly evolving.

You conduct market research and immerse yourself in the needs of customers and users to gain a thorough understanding of what matters to them. You define and manage the strategic product roadmap and ensure that our solutions continue to align with customer needs, market developments and 4PS's long-term strategy.

You actively participate in the development process, balance functional and technical priorities and contribute to the successful introduction of new functionalities.

In short, as a Product Manager at 4PS, you will have a varied and challenging role in which you work with different teams to successfully develop and continuously improve innovative software solutions.
