KONI, part of ITT, seeks a Product Manager for Automotive After Market & Racing in Oud-Beijerland. You will oversee after market product development and sales support, coordinating with teams to ensure successful customer engagements and market introductions.

You will work within pricing strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets, with a focus on English and Dutch communication and cross-functional collaboration across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or manager capacity.
• Knowledge of KONI products, particularly shock absorber/chassis technology.
• Marketing and sales experience; understanding of pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; German and French a plus.
• Familiarity with procedures, guidelines, financial and quality controls.
• Understanding of Windows PC/Laptop and standard Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Prepare market introduction of new applications.
• Maintain product data in main product databases with clear documentation and specs.
• Maintain telephone contact with relations.
• Represent the organization in a customer-friendly and reliable manner, supporting technical product queries.
