Job summary

REMA TIP TOP Netherlands is seeking a Product Manager to strengthen and renew its wheel service product range for the automotive sector. You will translate market opportunities into concrete product strategies and align with marketing, sales, and procurement to drive value for customers.

You will connect market insights with supplier relations, develop smart assortments, manage the product lifecycle, and shape our product policy to support organizational success.

Qualifications

• HBO level (higher professional education) in commerce or business administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management or a commercial role.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking skills.
• Analytical, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Decisive, independent, and a true team player.
• Excellent communication skills, able to turn ideas into action.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into a distinctive product assortment.
• Analyze market and customer needs.
• Develop, optimize, and position product lines.
• Compare our assortment with competitors and our own brands.
• Maintain contacts with suppliers in and outside Europe.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out.

Together with colleagues from marketing, sales, and procurement, you shape our product policy and contribute directly to the success of the organization.
